I bought this game there are about six weeks, are very happy with it so far. I like to cook and cook most meals “from scratch”, rarely rely on anything pre-packaged for a meal, so these pots have a workout on a daily basis. Since their purchase, I am prepared dishes of oatmeal to pork tenderloin, pumpkin soup with rice pilaf.
set is nice, covers well, pot handles are comfortable to grasp, even at full pool (much better than my Calphalon NAP). In my kitchen, except the dishwasher, he is expelled, and these pots and pans do equally well in the dishwasher, contrary to the foregoing Calphalon. The bowls are just the right weight, but well balanced and long pot handles stay cool to the touch (unless they are too close to another burner or oven valve). The lid handles get hot, but I always have a handy potholder.
Cooking: I think that the cookware is very sensitive to my gas stove, dish conducts heat very efficiently and it is important when you use these containers to keep this in mind. I recommend starting with a lower temperature than you think you need more heat, if necessary, until you get used to how to react to heat pots. Cheers very even heat, I managed to melt the chocolate in the burning at the lowest heat and perfectly cooked rice on a low simmer with the lid in place. I prefer more non-stick pans when these molds can skip a good Browning leaving behind yummy bits to deglaze sauce, these dishes are good results in that capacity. The wheels rolled means driplessly liquid flowing from his forehead, a feature that I find extremely useful. The entire range is oven and I think that even an excellent feature. You can quickly grab a net and then put the skillet in the oven right to cook to perfection. A small dish of pure, all cooked in pieces in a skillet to deglaze.
Cleaning: I have had no problems with cleaning the kitchen after use. After the clothes, I put water on the hot pan and let it soak in the sink for dinner. When the stove is loaded into the dishwasher with the rest of the dishes. Sometimes food can get stuck around the rivets, but the dishwasher usually takes care of him with ease. The manufacturer suggests avoiding citrus detergent as I do. The mirror finish is beautiful, but it’s actually my least appreciated feature of the whole. The fingerprints and water spots easily appear. It in no way interfere with the firing of the value of the whole, but if you’re concerned about how that looks is a gap. If you need it, quickly wipe with Barkeepers Friend or Cameo Polish restore a mirror finish.
Set includes 1-1/2- & 3-quart saucepan, 8-Quart pot, a stove and 10 inches. Lids for pots and pans included. I received a bonus of 2 quart sautee pan with my set, which proved very useful. I would have preferred a 12-inch skillet 10 inches, but despite that, I think its excellent value. I saw no need for an 8-inch skillet why I chose this instead of 10 pc Set. Cuisinart hope will increase the stock will open in this line. I am 16-Quart pot with steam basket, add the pasta, but I find a pasta insert and steam for 8 Quart pot.
I think this set is excellent value and meet me for years, treated with some caution. I replaced a set of Revere Ware COPPER BOTTOM my mother received as a wedding present in 1950 (and used every day until she gave them 20 years ago), and I hope they will last much if not more.

Any consumer who is name conscious should pause a moment and seriously consider this series seven pieces. Cuisinart, a mainstay of the kitchen offers a great chef at home this wonderful 7 piece kitchen utensils, and Amazon. com offers an exceptional price.
feature set 18-10 stainless steel, which makes each room feel important. The design also contributes to the convection and requires less heat from the furnace but the heat is not transferred to the shaft and the handle becomes cold to the touch.
Each part has a high gloss and bears the mark of the page. Each piece is also noted that up to 550 degrees, which means it can double as bake ware.
The only thing I would have liked a 12 inch instead of a stove 10 inches, but with that said, the 10-inch skillet is a great song.

If you are looking for quality All-Clad and Calphalon, but not necessarily willing to fork over the dough, it’s a great set for the money. Quick, even heating, the beauty, versatility (stove and oven to the freezer for now, if necessary …), and a reasonable combination of bits in what a perfect choice for me, after almost a year of research .
I do not think it is so difficult to clean reviewers have commented seconds. I would say that the mirror finish showing wear after only a few uses. It is not bad by any means, but just to know they will not stay perfect if you intend to use them. Some notes. . .
* The heats quickly! Never leave the stove to heat up and do something else while you wait. You’ll be on the temperature you need to split Lickety.
* It’s a good idea to soak a bit after cooking something sticky – when cleaning is a breeze.
* Lid grips get warm when the covers to give something and simmer, but I found my handle Stay cool enough to take the stove with no problem.
* I have yet to bury them in the dishwasher, but I know you can, so that’s a plus. I have a tendency to soak, wash and dry them right away to not get water spots on the beautiful finish that others have commented.
Overall, I am very happy with this set. After years of hand-me-downs with handle down, dented the sides and nonstick coating to wear out in no time, I feel safe and healthy cooking with my new Cuisinart.

I bought this set from Amazon a month ago. I live alone and are not cooked rare (about 4 times) since I bought it. I bought it because:
1st STAINLESS STEEL looks great 2nd
It was a note on a discounted price depply.
I knew before buying the stainless steel cooks slowly and requires much patience over nonstick. I also heard that cleaning is not as easy as with non-stick. Here are my comments:
If the pots are cleaned as directed, either by soaking in warm soapy water immediately after cooking / most residue stains can be cleaned easily.
If the pots are dried with a towel after washing, they are nice, especially if the wash water is hard water, which in my case.
If you cook dry substance with a very little oil (like Indian bread) had their faults do not have on his forehead. The oil stains are dark, stubborn, and take a lot of work to remove. Two options are granted are: 1st
Use the “Bar Keepers Friend” cleaning powder (available at Walmart for less than two dollars for more supplies for a month) and lots of elbow grease to remove stains. This powder is effective and safe.
2nd Allow the spots to be and enjoy the cuisine. Do not worry about how pots and pans in good appearance. If you see is very important, maybe you should cook in nonstick pots and hanging stainless steel Virgin and pans to show your kitchen.
In addition, as another review mentioned, the outside end of a mirror, a smooth surface. This means that if you use any rough scrubber, you’ll fine scratches. It is sometimes unavoidable if einside th in the pan, because you want to use a good scrubber to get rid of oil stains.
I’ve ever done by them in the dishwasher, dont think I will.
Overall, if you follow instructions, great set:
1st Never cook on high heat, be patient.
2nd Wash once you’ve finished cooking.
3rd Wipe after cleaning.
4th Do not lose sleep over small scratches and stains of oil, they altered the search engines and pleasant.
