This is a good pot to have around, it may cook a tad faster then I would like BUT never burned anything in it. I have done meatloaf, pork loin, spare ribs, chicken just to name a few and never came back to anything burnt. I have recommended it to friends that work so they can come back to a hot meal. Next will be tomato sauce for my pasta, can’t wait. . .
